Jeffrey Schneider began his executive search career in 1994 after practicing corporate law for over six years. He has placed associates and partners at premiere national law firms and small-specialized boutiques as well as international Fortune 500 companies. He has been personally responsible for hundreds of successful legal placements and has enhanced the legal careers of numerous attorneys with his guidance and expertise. Prior to his career as a legal recruiter, Mr. Schneider was a corporate associate with a top New York City law firm, Vice President and Associate Counsel of one of New York’s top Savings Banks as well as Legal Counsel to one of the largest national broadcasting companies. Mr. Schneider graduated with honors from George Washington University Law School where he served on The George Washington Law Review. He received a B.A. degree in Political Science from The State University of New York at Albany where he was also elected President of the graduating class.

Prior to joining Schneider Legal Search, Betsy Kaye worked for 15 years as the Attorney Recruitment Manager for some of the world’s most prestigious international law firms, where she was responsible for the placement of many partners, counsels and associates. She has also published articles on law firm recruitment. Betsy places associates in law firms, large corporations and small private businesses. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and her law degree from New York Law School. She currently lives in Manhattan with her husband and two children.

Joe Roseto has been a recruiter since 1997. In 1999, Joe relocated from New York to Los Angeles, where he continued his career with a nationally recognized attorney search and placement firm. He has worked with lawyers in all practice areas and has made numerous associate and partner placements at national and regional law firms on both coasts. Joe returned to New York in 2009 and soon after brought his considerable recruiting skills and contacts to Schneider Legal Search. He earned a degree from New York University, graduating with honors in 1994. Between NYC and LA, Joe has been involved in a variety of film, television and theatrical productions. He currently resides in Brooklyn.

Hanna Schwartz joined Schneider Legal Search after practicing law for five years. She previously worked as a litigation associate at a large, national law firm and a smaller litigation boutique in New York City. Ms. Schwartz places associates in law firms, large corporations and small private businesses. She received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers College, and her law degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark. Hanna currently lives in Brooklyn.

Before joining Schneider Legal Search, Dale Sheri Skir practiced law for five years. Dale was a litigation associate with a boutique Wall Street law firm representing financial institutions in complex commercial and real estate matters. Her experience also includes practicing employment and bankruptcy law and Dale also interned for an appellate judge. As an undergraduate, Dale spent a semester aboard in Valencia, Spain. She received her law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. At Schneider Legal Search, Dale focuses on placing associates at law firms, public corporations and small private companies. Taking a genuine interest in others, Dale understands that a clear focus on the candidate's goals is integral to success and she makes every effort to ensure that the right cultural fit is achieved.
