Jeffrey Schneider began his executive search career in 1994 after practicing corporate law for over six years. He has placed associates and partners at premiere national law firms and small-specialized boutiques as well as international Fortune 500 companies. He has been personally responsible for hundreds of successful legal placements and has enhanced the legal careers of numerous attorneys with his guidance and expertise. Prior to his career as a legal recruiter, Mr. Schneider was a corporate associate with a top New York City law firm, Vice President and Associate Counsel of one of New York’s top Savings Banks as well as Legal Counsel to one of the largest national broadcasting companies. Mr. Schneider graduated with honors from George Washington University Law School where he served on The George Washington Law Review. He received a B.A. degree in Political Science from The State University of New York at Albany where he was also elected President of the graduating class.

Tony Spencer joined Schneider Legal Search after practicing law for five years. Mr. Spencer places attorneys into law firms, corporations, and investment banks with a focus on transitions by mid-level and senior attorneys. Prior to joining Schneider Legal Search, Mr. Spencer practiced general commercial litigation at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel. He was also associated with a mid-size intellectual property firm. Mr. Spencer received both his undergraduate and law degrees from New York University. In his leisure time, he enjoys travel, music, fitness, photography, and tennis.

Debbie Margolius has been recruiting attorneys since 1997. Prior to that, she practiced law at a small litigation boutique and worked for a major insurance company. Ms. Margolius places attorneys from clerkships, law firms and companies, and provides personalized guidance with the search process. Debbie received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. She is very active with philanthropic organizations and teaches Sunday School in Manhattan.

Randy Roth joined Schneider Legal Search after practicing law for more than nine years at Latham & Watkins, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and a mid–sized Washington D.C. law firm. His legal recruiting practice focuses on placing intellectual property attorneys into law firms and corporations. Randy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany. In his leisure time, Randy enjoys tennis, travel, hiking and films.

Justin Chodos has been placing attorneys at law firms, financial institutions and corporations for several years. He has experience placing attorneys throughout New York City, as well as other parts of the country. Justin has assisted attorneys in developing a better career path by placing them at law firms or companies that offer differences in quality of life, long term opportunity for partnership, as well as stronger platforms for career development. Justin practiced law as a litigator at a mid–sized NYC firm before his career as a recruiter. Justin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. In his leisure time, Justin enjoys movies, sports, and cooking.
